Incorrect Address

Certified Creations is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please verify your address before placing your order.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we will gladly assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
